Your tasks

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, self-sufficient, independent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the institute by providing administrative assistance. This position presents a compelling opportunity to contribute to an environment dedicated to fostering responsible innovation.
 
Responsibilities

  • Execute general administrative duties, including office management and bookkeeping.
  • Prepare and disseminate external communication, including managing social media and curating the institute's website.
  • Support the planning and logistics for seminars, workshops, and other institute-related activities. 
  • Collaborate with team members to facilitate coordination and communication within the institute.

Your profile

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in administrative support roles or similar positions is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
  • A strong command of German and English (both written and verbal) is necessary (the working language at our institute is English/German).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
