Your tasks
- Individuelle Beratung und Unterstützung von Studierenden mit chronischer Erkrankung, Behinderung oder Neurodivergenz im Hinblick auf geeignete Nachteilsausgleiche
- Fachliche Beratung von Studierenden, Lehrenden und Mitarbeitenden zu Themen wie Barrierefreiheit, Familienfreundlichkeit und Chancengleichheit
- Koordination mit internen Stakeholdern sowie fallbezogene Bearbeitung und Dokumentation gemäss den universitären Richtlinien und Verfahren
- Unterstützung des DE&I-Teams in der operativen Koordination und Aktive Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung von DE&I an der HSG durch Expertise und Teamarbeit
- Organisation sowie aktive Teilnahme an Veranstaltungen und Netzwerken in Ihren Themenbereichen
Your profile
- Ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Psychologie, Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialwissenschaften oder im Bereich Diversität, Chancengleichheit und Inklusion (DEI
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Beratung, Unterstützung und Begleitung (von Studierenden)
- Hohes Interesse und Motivation, sich eigenständig vertieftes Fachwissen anzueignen, insbesondere zu Neurodiversität, Behinderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf Studium und Beruf
- Engagement für die Förderung von Gleichstellung und sozialer Gerechtigkeit, idealerweise basierend auf fundierten theoretischen Kenntnissen im Bereich DEI
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau C1) in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten sowie Freude an der Mitgestaltung kollaborativer und interdisziplinärer Teamprozesse
