Growth Marketing Manager ES-HSG (m/w/d)
Your tasks
- You manage and optimize campaigns on Meta and other online platforms
- You leverage AI tools to improve campaign performance, content creation, targeting, automation and overall marketing performance at the Open Programmes
- You drive qualified traffic through a mix of paid acquisition, AI/LLM visibility, and high-impact content strategies (beyond traditional SEO)
- You create and execute a strong LinkedIn strategy in cooperation with the programme directors and central marketing of the Executive School
- You align marketing initiatives and market research with programme-specific sales targets to generate qualified leads
- You analyse campaign performance and continuously optimise based on data-driven insights
- You manage and execute content strategies across social media platforms
- You represent the programmes at selected marketing, corporate and partner events
- You advise programme directors and managers on market positioning and growth opportunities
- You develop and execute, together with the Head of Marketing & Sales, a strategic marketing roadmap for the Open Programmes
- You collaborate closely with the marketing and sales team, programme directors, and the Head of Marketing & Sales
- You support sales team during peak periods and ensure smooth intake processes at high volumes
- You contribute to the training and mentoring of team members in marketing-related topics
Your profile
- You combine a can-do mindset with a collaborative spirit and make working together both productive and enjoyable
- You hold a university degree (university or university of applied sciences), ideally in a marketing-related field
- You demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and a deep understanding of client and participant needs
- You bring excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and the confidence to coordinate diverse stakeholders (faculty, participants, internal partners)
- You think analytically and conceptually, with a strong interest in market dynamics and emerging trends
- You work independently with a structured, solution- and goal-oriented approach
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
