Programme Manager MBA, Degree Programme ES HSG (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Ensure a first-class experience for our MBA students in relation to programme delivery, academic administration and student support
- Professional and service-oriented accompaniment of MBA students during their studies
- Support and assist lecturers in administrative and academic matters
- Continuously develop processes to ensure the highest quality standards
- Degree in economics, social sciences, international relations, service or event management, and/or practical experience in one of these fields
- Ideally, previous experience in higher education
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German is an asset. - Strong organisational and communication skills enable you to effectively coordinate complex processes and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Based in St.Gallen, willingness to work on Saturdays and travel to Zurich and other course locations as required.
