Senior Communication Professional (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • Develop and write speeches, presentations, and communication materials for the Executive School's dean and leadership team.
  • Manage public relations activities and media engagement to strengthen the reputation and visibility of the Executive School and its faculty.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases, talking points, and scripts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the planning and moderation of events and communication activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all channels.
  • Conduct background research and ensure the accuracy, depth, and relevance of communication content.
  • Create and edit engaging content for digital and social media channels, including LinkedIn, blogs, internal and external newsletters, and editorials.
  • Support the development and delivery of thought leadership initiatives across topics relevant to lifelong learning in the business world.
  • Advise and coach senior leaders on effective communication for events, strategy sessions, and town halls.

Your profile

  • Experienced communications professional with a strong background in corporate, academic, or institutional environments.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both German and English, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
  • Proven experience and network in public relations, media communication, and reputation management.
  • Confident in crafting strategic and engaging content across channels and formats.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, intellectual curiosity, and sensitivity to complex organisational contexts.
  • Use modern digital tools to work autonomously and efficiently while maintaining high content quality.
  • Reliable, flexible, and self-driven personality who thrives in a dynamic, non-routine environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with the confidence to advise and coach senior leaders.
  • Positive spirit, professional presence, and a practical, hands-on attitude.
