SIM Manager Programme Administration and Learning Experience (m/f/d)
Your tasks
Even though limited to one year, the suitable candidate will be a core staff member and offered an exciting opportunity in a multicultural and dynamic work environment, with a set of distinct responsibilities. You will be a key contributor to enable SIM students to become responsible leaders and address needs of business and society while ensuring the programme's performance in the highly competitive world of business education. The key focus of this position lies in the areas of programme administration and learning experience.
The job holder is a key contact point for SIM students in all administrative matters; manages courses and faculty; is involved in onboarding and student accompaniment; participates in the design and implementation of learning experience activities and community-related events; data management; and represents the SIM externally.
Your profile
- Dedication to excellence and to upholding the core values and vision of the SIM programme
- Experience in programme management and/or project management in the higher education sector
- Strong service orientation and ability to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders: students, academia, corporate partners, etc.
- Demonstrated track record of drive, precise working style, and results orientation under tight deadlines
- Experience in a diverse and international environment
- Time management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated track record of collaboration in a team and within professional networks
- Excellent command of English, working knowledge of German/other languages desirable
- High discretion and motivation to safeguard the interest of a globally leading programme
