Recruitment and Admissions Manager, Degree Programmes, ES HSG (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • You will independently manage the candidate pipeline, ensuring a seamless journey from lead to admitted student.
  • Executing recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract highly qualified candidates.
  • Representing the Degree Programme Portfolio in promotional events and conferences, online and offline, in Switzerland and abroad;
  • Independently managing the candidate pipeline, including communication across all channels, and accompanying leads, prospective students, and applicants throughout their application journey.
  • Screening candidates and managing the full admissions process (e.g., assessing qualifications, coordinating interviews, managing tuition incentives).
  • Collaborating closely with the Admissions Committee to define the program's ideal candidate profiles and ensure an open dialogue around admissions strategy.
  • Communicating admissions decisions to applicants.
  • Providing administrative support for admitted candidates by handling study agreements and coordinating with Finance and the Program Management team.
  • Supporting retention activities for admitted candidates.

Your profile

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in marketing or international business with 2-5 years of experience in executing activities in higher education industry.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage complex projects spanning marketing, recruitment, and administration.
  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Creative team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach.
  • Strong attention to detail, experience to work with documentation and high-quality standards.
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
